Project in brief: Located at 823 Water St. Suite C-100 (on the ground floor of the Heron apartment tower), the Pearl is “inspired by both vintage and urban design and showcases eclectic décor that is both stylish and nostalgic.” The Tampa Bay Business Journal says that the new restaurant can seat 190 people inside of its dining room and an additional 110 patrons on its Amalie Arena-facing patio.
