Q: Is hard to install a big chandelier?
A: No difficult at all. A english vision installation guide book will be offered. We suggest find a professional electrician to install for the chandeliers. It’ very easy for them to install.   If install a villa  chandelier, please prepare scaffold or ladder before installation.

Q: What is your Payment methods?
A: Accept payment via T/T (Bank transfer), Western Union, Money Gram, and PayPal;
Accept L/C at sight (bulk order).

Q, Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q. How do you ship the goods?
A: The goods can be shipped by air or sea. It depends on your burget, sea shipping always cheaper than air shipping. If not rush of the schedule, we higly recommened sea shipping. If rush, air shipping always more faster. We accpet the DDP term,  that means we charged the shipping costs accrodingly to the shipping agent company. Once the shipping fee been charged, you don’t need to pay the tax in your country anymore.  The only thing you need to do is waiting for the goods arrvied your door.  We are deeply cooperating with local shipping agent, they will offer competitive shipping price for us. 

Q: How long is your production time?
A: Some featured items are on stock, so, can be shipped out at once we received payment.If not in stock, please don’t worry, it will only take 5-30 days(It depends on which items or the quantity)Please contact with our sales for the delivery time.

Q:How about your light source?
A: All items come with LED bulbs.  We offer good quality LED bulbs along with the chandeliers. Please tell us the CCT you need(Warm white or cool white)

Q:What about bespoke lighting?

A: Yes, we are good at bespoke lighting, you can provide us some HD photos or some drawings, or even just a idea, then, we will turn it into a real lighting fixure.

Q:Can i visit your factory?

A: Yes,warmly welcome!  We got productions lines and a stunning showroom in our factory. We can arrange pick up if you need.
