1.Why you need the bespoke services?

Your end-clients need 10 different items in different design and materials to fit hotel or residential  place,  you purchase those lightings from different companies?  How to arrange the shipping? How to control the quality?  So, you need a real lighting manufacturer with good experiences to let you purchasing it one-stop.  Hence, costs , delivery time, details(finish, size, materials) everything is under your control.

2.Does the lighting fixtures you produced same as my photos or drawings?

We will produce lighting fixtures according to your HD photos or drawings, so provide more details you need, it would make sure the lighting fixtures same as your photos. Our suggestion is, sample first, you check the samples, sample ok, or improving by your idea about sample, then, place mass order.

3.How many years warranty you offer?

We would offer 2-5 years warranty base on our client’s needs..

4.Can i visit your factory before place order?

Sure, warmly welcome to our factory, our address is Guzhen town, Zhongshan city, Guangodng province, China.  The near airport is GUANGZHOU BAIYUN AIRPORT(CAN)  and HONGKONG AIRPORT(HKG)

5.What about the packing?

Each item with strong foam inside and carton outside, suit for long-distance air/sea shipping.
